When a kind Latino Catholic gave me 2 thumbs up and an honest grin the day after November 5 last year, my heart and my face froze. Sometime I thought I'd help hide one day if needed was now someone I'd hide from.

My parents made us do it together daily, at least the mystery of the day. Some days we'd do every single mystery (before there were 4). Would usually skip the Creed after the first one.

"How long have you two known each other?" Well, we were burned at the stake together in 1692 and promised to reunite in every lifetime. Appreciate you asking.

It’s actually good and right to find joy even as things fall apart. Now more than ever it is good to find joy and happiness where you can. It’s ok and good not to consume the horrors all of the time.

Cool! It's raining so we had no moon.

I stopped having access to good quality ones from reliable safe sources, so I don't eat those anymore :(

Now I am just boring.

Up until my 20s, I'd say fish eyes and pig's blood curd.

While we are on Luke, not Matthew, I'll say maybe the second half of Luke 6:20-26 in particular.
