It depends on whether you expect that money is going to "cloud compute to sell" (the profitable bit you mention) or "cloud compute for AI products", & in the former case if you think capacity is getting overbuilt, and in the latter if you think that market will bring in real Google-scale revenue.

They did promise to invest $185 billion in magic beans sold by a strange little old man they’ve never seen before, which would worry me as an investor, but I thought the market liked that sort of thing.
