OK. It's going to be coming out soon because of the relentless investigations of Pam Bondi and Kash Patel, so I might as well admit it before the news breaks:

I am the General Counsel of Antifa.

Yup.

I’m outside in southwest DC six days a week and I can tell you those guys are bored and miserable.

They get dropped off by charter bus in the morning and picked up in the evening. They spend the day wandering around and they’re sleeping at the armory in a stadium filled with cots.

I work in downtown dc and I can tell you the NG just walk around all day and never interact with anybody. They’re like shadows.

When President AOC federalizes the National Guard in 2029 to protect abortion clinics, Ilan is going to magically discover an English treatise written in 1610 that proves Matthew Kacsmaryk can issue a nationwide injunction against her.

To the extent there is still room for speculation, i suppose we’re speculating, yes.

So my only question is: what is to be gained by assuming a person who *always* uses brute force to get his way isn’t referring to the use of brute force this time?

What’s the goal?

No, you embarrassed yourself by throwing out a patented Donald Trump grade-school taunt.

Nothing you said other than that will be taken seriously by adults.

Yes. AND right-of-mainstream candidates who win primaries. If the voters elect a candidate in the primaries party leadership should in no way disenfranchise them. Can’t afford to smol-itize the coalition.

More accurate headline: "Trump signs order promising to enforce laws that were already being enforced."

I'd get fired in five minutes as a headline writer

Yeah this is fun for the moment but the chances of prosecuting federal police under a state law for things the federal police say are necessary to their job is nonexistent

You sound sarcastic, but yes obviously an accelerating back-and-forth of unlawfulness & unconstitutionality will end of our system of government quicker than a tug-of-way of one party seeking to destroy and one party seeking to preserve.

In the U.S. government, Congress allocates & directs funds. A president misdirecting/withholding allocated funds is impeachable. In fact it was one component of 1 of Trump’s 2 impeachments.

(Don’t feel bad, a lack of civics/LOAC knowledge has ALWAYS been a weak point of the Gaza bandwagon people).

I suppose it’s fair to criticize Garland, but precisely how would Biden have added seats to the Supreme Court without majorities in Congress?

Remember Senate was split 50/50 with 2 supposed “Democrats” being Manchin & Sinema.

If it were possible don’t you think T would be doing it right now?

Yes (F*** Trump & f*** Nexstar execs) except - and I know I’m shouting into a hurricane of pro-boycott sentiment - boycotts don’t work and they predominantly end up hurting the wrong people.

…and people will apparently only learn this when it happens to them I guess.

Voters will never give Democratic lawmakers the power to impose consequences.

Let's get the root cause right.
