It’s especially fucked up because Democratic presidential nominees haven’t won a majority of male voters at any point during my lifetime. Women are the lifeblood of the party.

I don't know how to win elections, I don't know what the Democrats should do next, all I can do is keep reminding you that you have a right to your own damn principles---which seems like an obvious point, but also seems to have been forgotten by virtually every pundit and commentator.

Most of the time, we’re conferring with the judge’s court attorney, or if you are seeing the judge, most of them just have you approach the bench.

A lot of our stuff here in NY state civil courts (or at least the Bronx and Manhattan) is pretty informal. I’m in court in person every week on average, and I think I’ve had a total of two appearances where we’ve actually stood in the designated spots.
