Horry County woman sentenced to life in prison for murdering her children's father Meagan Jackson, the Horry County woman accused of killing Gregory Rice, the father of her children, has been found guilty of murder after a five-day trial.

"This is a tale as old as time. It involved an affair, a pregnancy & a murder," prosecutor Mary-Ellen Walter said. "But there was a fourth aspect of this case that is equally as important, and that's deception."
