Had a great weekend, and not written a word since Thursday, but I've played Cyberpunk to death, first run since launch....

I'll get back to writing later, I have that final Rimworld arc piece to complete, and two epic chapters already nagging me to write them too.

They managed to bully Itch due to the differences in size, but trying to muscle Steam / Valve is an altogether different proposition. They're in a position to fight back, and have the resources to do so.

Steam has shown they're not going to roll over with these opening shots.

Even though they're living in a lonely mountain in the middle of a bleak steppe, Anney's about to learn that training hunts can still be fun and exciting.

Yup, that few thousand word google doc you can pull up from the main menu. But once you're through the absolute basics, you're on your own.

That's partly why the writing is such fun, you are given such a huge amount of freedom to push beyond the badics.

The different tech levels in Rimworld is fascinating. It why I write fic novels of my past colonies, the contrasts and differences they all demonstrate....

The first official edit of the Rimworld fanfic arc chapter for this week, is now done....

I had a few changes to implement, making sure the narrative fits, because this chapter has a lot going on.

It might be Anney's first hunting trip as a Warrior, but the steppe can throw up a surprise!

I honestly think it's gonna be Rees-Smug or Liz Turd. Both backstabbing arses will do anything to lounge on the Commons benches again.

I'm surprised he isn't up in Scotland, with his lips and tongue stuck up the Trumpanzee's backside....

My mind turns to Thursday again, and that the editing for the next chapter starts tomorrow, although I had a sneaky run through earlier....

This is the 2nd chapter of Anney's training trek, and it's time for her to learn her rifle skills. She needs to hunt dinner for the whole tribe!

The lines between praise and offence have blurred so much lately....

I'm rather the other way round, it's the twisted, warped horrors that are the best to write.

It's not so much shuttles, gravships add a lot of power.

My suspicion is 'Machinery,' getting the ruined factoires back up, land and water vehicles, including human and animal powered too.

They're fantasy slugs!

I'm making really good progress, tying up loose ends and closing plotholes in this final Rimworld fanfic arc. The events and ceremonies are now set, so now I just have to finalise the narrative.

It's now in full motion, and the epilogue oneshot is already set in my head!

Yeah, but it's the Torygraph, a paper desperate for the 'right' to rise and blame other people for their own, pitiful domestic existence being utter crap!

Better to blame a totally innocent third party, than look in a mirror!

It's been a good few days for writing.....

The Rimworld Fanfic Arc has had a good bit of progress, filling out some of the blanks and plot holes I had lurking over it, and I can now say we're entering the mid part of the final main arc.

Lissa, Buckie and Anney's stories are reaching that climax!

This is why I write fic novels of past colonies, showing how I make others suffer!

We all start the slippery slope into depravity from somewhere....

I've done worse, cannibalism is only the tip of my iceberg.

I may not partake in the that particular locale, but with the novel writing I make of my past colonies, I can also confirm I will be heading in the same direction as all those within it.

The sins I have made in the name of Randy Random....
