My partner was going to stay the night with me but was on the verge of an autistic meltdown from so much overstimulation this weekend so instead we're meeting tomorrow for brunch!

I moved to St Louis today! And by that I mean 3 other wonderful people came down to Louisiana and helped me load the uhaul and then 2 more joined the unloading group in St Louis and we got a full uhaul unloaded in about an hour! Now my new place is stacked full of boxes and bags and I am TIRED.

I've lived in Monroe for 2.5 years and I am just now going to check out this brunch place that I've wanted to go to for a while now. They've always been way too busy on the weekends, like lines out the doors busy, but it's a weekday so I got a table! I am way underdressed haha.

I'm very similar! I have recently decided that I will in the future consider hormones but I don't really have any interest in surgeries. I do have some dysphoria but it's not major. And I do see it in the same way of "ah well, second place ain't too shabby" but more with body parts specifically.

Oh wow. I did not realize we both share the day for opposite reasons. A birth and a death of a parent.

Feels weird to have effectively lost both of my parents before I was even in my mid 30s. Life never goes the way you plan it to. I know they're proud of me though, which is the best I can do.

Tomorrow is the 1 year anniversary of my stepdad's passing. It crept up on me, I didn't even realize the date until just now. Tommy was the closest I ever had to a real father since my bio dad was such a horrible person. I wish Tommy were still here, but I do take solace in knowing he's with my mom.

Got the second room of my house basically knocked out and ready to go other than a few last minute things I'll worry about next weekend. All that's really left is the kitchen, bathroom, and my own room, all of which won't take long to pack as they don't contain a lot of stuff.

Today was not the productive day of packing and cleaning I planned for it to be but I did that for 3 days this past week so I feel like I deserve a break. I did do SOME cleaning today, just not a lot. I have a deadline to hit still, after all.

Cleaning and packing today took longer than I expected, partially because my back was already hurting from work and bending over made it worse and also partially because there was more to go through than I thought, but the front bedroom is now about 90% done! Yay!

Came out as pansexual at 17, demisexual around early 20s I think, nonbinary unofficially in my early 20s but more officially around 27 and then realized I was actually a trans guy last year at 33. Not fully out about that other than close friends and partner, plus y'all internet folks.

Ugh. I've been having pain for a few days now that I'm pretty sure is ovarian cyst related (yay PCOS 🙃) and so of course after spending 2 hours cleaning and packing this afternoon I'm dying in pain and running back and forth to the bathroom. Why now??? My body has the worst timing.

I did also drop a metal rod on my toe. It literally only fell from like 3 inches away but it was heavy and now my toe feels bruised, so I have sustained injuries from this war.

It was used as my storage room and I very much turned it into a hoarder room but it's almost done now! The bathroom will be super quick to pack, the back bedroom will take an hour or so, then my room and the kitchen will take about 2 hours each. I'll be done sooner than I expected!
