Like, how is “below a livable wage” not the bottom grade for a place that near-exclusively hires people with college degrees.

If “grade 6” of your pay scale contains a monthly salary that would not allow a person to qualify for any apartment in the city that your company is in, then you need to really consider what is happening to people in grades 1-5.

I think the biggest indicator that I have done all I can do/desire to do at my current job is that I spent days struggling to come up with a single goal for my annual performance review, and now 2 months later I have achieved that goal.
