Parliament, in 90s-10s, made various laws that no one, including transphobes, may discriminate against trans people.

The Supreme Court says, actually, that transphobes can discriminate and also demand that others discriminate.

The High Court says, actually, no, there are simply no laws.

If people are 'less locked into gender stereotypes' then how are they also 'misleading children' into thinking they're trans if they don't conform to said stereotypes?

This is very much that "containment" thing I was talking about recently. Much of the UK medical establishment, has accepted that they can't completely eliminate transness (not for lack of trying), so they will settle for making our lives hell so as few of us come out as possible.
