This has been one hell of a journey. I started reading this series 15 years ago. I've laughed and cried with these characters, and they have helped me through incredible heartache, pain, and grief. Some of the things I've read and listened to will stay with me the rest of my life. Goodbye, Roshar.

Jeff Bezos' Blue Origin launches massive New Glenn rocket on first test flight The rocket was supposed to launch Monday, but ice buildup caused a delay. It's built to haul spacecraft and eventually astronauts to orbit and also the moon.

Congratulations to Blue Origin for a successful first test flight of their New Glenn orbital rocket, despite the fact that the booster didn't survive its landing attempt. Don't forget, this stuff is literally rocket science.

I took a picture from (almost) the same angle every hour from 8:30AM to 5:30PM and stitched them together in the hopes of showing how the snow accumulated over the day, but the effect was less impressive than I had hoped.

Also, doing this manually was a HUGE pain. Wish there was a program for that.

Played several hours of #Helldivers2 this weekend, fighting the Illuminate was absolute chaos and most of the time I barely scraped through. 10/10, would be vaporized by harvesters again.

Watched Die Hard with teenage daughter last night. She'd never seen it, absolutely *loves* Xmas movies. Her verdict: .. good movie; not a Xmas movie on grounds that would not be weird to watch it at any other time of year. This is a sound distinction I think. Noone watches Elf in March.
