IPS middle schoolers awarded for designing ‘smart home’ to help seniors live independently Four girls from Cold Spring School designed a model smart home for seniors using tools they learned in the classroom, like coding and design. They won first place in the CSforGood competition.

Northwest Middle School students offered band, orchestra, and choir as IPS invests in music education IPS is investing in music education. Part of the district’s Rebuilding Stronger campaign is making sure every middle school has band or orchestra, Algebra 1, and world languages.
