Robbie Gibb should go. He was a brutally biased appointment from the Tories. Should not be there.

Overdiagnosis of children overlooks that growing up is β€˜messy and uneven’, says Jeremy Hunt Former health secretary wants to see an overhaul of special educational needs and disabilities system in England

Tone deaf comments from the MP whose party has decimated SEND services in #Surrey

Lib Dem councillors work hard to support those navigating SEND issues and want to help more. Get in touch and please remember the views of the Godalming & Ash MP at the ballot box.

Am genuinely interested to see if Fox News turns against Trump if he continues to go for Murdoch. I just checked and there isn’t a single article on the Fox News website about #Trump & #Epstein

The "grab em by the p***y" guy is an Epstein guy? The wander into Miss America change rooms to ogle guy? That guy? Mr. "found by a jury to have committed sexual assault"? Really? The guy in all the pictures with Epstein? He's an Epstein guy? Are you sure?

All you need to know about our broken economic system, is that more people are in the market for private jets.

And more people than ever blame immigrants for the fact that they can’t afford a house. ☹️

How we can smash Britain’s two-party system for good at the next election | George Monbiot Labour is beyond repair. Time for a co-ordinated strategy to support progressive parties committed to electoral reform, says Guardian columnist George Monbiot

"polling company Thinks Insight & Strategy found that 52% of those who voted Labour in the 2024 GE are considering switching to the Liberal Democrats or the Greens.....more than twice as many as might migrate to Reform UK"

Lib Dem MPs slam county council over new SEND casework policy Liberal Democrat MPs Al Pinkerton, Chris Coghlan, Helen Maguire, Monica Harding, Will Forster and ZΓΆe Franklin have written to Surrey County Council’s cabinet member for children, families and lifelon...

Lack of support for children with special educational needs and disabilities commonly known as SEND, is one of the biggest issues in my postbag as #Woking’s MP. Yet Tory-run #Surrey County Council is refusing to reply to MPs about SEND! 😑

You cannot pin Brexit on the Lib Dems. That’s a crazy reach. There’s far stronger arguments to pin it on Corbyn and Labour and the lack of proper opposition when Cameron followed through on it (which he did once the coalition had ended as he had promised).

I don’t know about you specifically (and said without any malice - I suspect we stand for many of the same things) but I do think that a lot of Labour supporters are willing to forgive a hell of a lot more, even from the last few days, weeks, months and years.

I wasn’t lecturing & I’m no Tory. I left the Lib Dems after the tuition fees row back & came back to them last year. It’s a very different party to the one it was then. My point still stands. You’d be welcomed & your values align. Sorry that you feel so strongly that you seek to label me a Tory.

And we (lib dems) would welcome those Labour voters ❀️. Please do look at what we stand for re. NHS, Social Care, taxing the wealthiest, the environment, Europe, equal rights… you might find your values are more aligned than you realised ❀️. πŸ’ͺπŸ’ͺπŸ’ͺ

Unfortunately, I’m not sure it’s quite the same. That swing was due to Carswell defecting? Whereas this candidate has always been Reform. Amesbury beating the cr*p out of someone didn’t help but neither did having the media being giddy with excitement over Reform and the clicks they’ll produce.
