Absolutely fair. And I intended to indicate that I recognize the lack of legal pardon did not remove the threat he posed. I guess I'm just trying to find hope.

Not that anything like jurisdiction, or the like, matter to the man. That said, technically, he won't be able to pardon himself for any of the State-Level charges. That is one of the limitations of the Presidential Pardon. It only works on Federal charges. At least that is my understanding.

Bringing this back as cops gas protesters at VCU in Richmond, VA. As Jews, we must refute that these police measures are for our safety. Gassing students is the act of a police state grasping to retain its power. It has nothing to do with protecting Jews.
