CONGRESSWOMAN ANALILIA MEJIA
12.02.2026 22:46 β π 1 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0Albo really has the Mandate of Heaven
12.02.2026 22:40 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 0 π 01. Do you believe that Doug Ford is the antichrist, the son of perdition sent to destroy the province of Ontario:
Yes: 99.9%
No: 0.1%

Two thirds in Alberta????
12.02.2026 21:30 β π 1 π 0 π¬ 1 π 0Perfect time to remember Piscataway has council elections this year and if progressives beat at least 2 incumbents theyβll win a majority which will allow them to block these regressive policies
12.02.2026 15:01 β π 2 π 0 π¬ 1 π 04 for you, 4 for me, problem solved!
12.02.2026 00:52 β π 3 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0Tonight I will face a difficult choice: between watching the Olympics including figure skating, or watching Daytona 500 pole qualifying.
In short: a choice between being masc or not being masc
What exactly are they waiting for to call? What do they think that they see or know that Gill or LeRoy doesnβt?
11.02.2026 22:29 β π 2 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0Alternatively institute a different system of leadership, be it a collective body or an outside person. But this system of changing chairs constantly is definitely detrimental
11.02.2026 22:08 β π 4 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0I do wonder whether that system needs to change. Insofar as if a Senator is gonna be the one to run the DSCC, make it possible for one actually good at doing so to stay on for longer.
11.02.2026 22:07 β π 3 π 0 π¬ 1 π 0Mills and Poochie are just so catastrophically bad. Luckily McMorrow is catching fire and will probably save us from that, but Maine is just too far gone, and that comes down to a refusal by the Baileys third to recognize reality
11.02.2026 21:55 β π 8 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0Please god, that would be so funny
11.02.2026 20:12 β π 4 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0Send JJ to the carney version of a gulag
11.02.2026 15:53 β π 2 π 0 π¬ 1 π 0Theyβre actually staying together???
11.02.2026 13:44 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0It was still reintroduced for this session as I note, with Bagolie still proudly listing herself as a co-sponsor. So as she ponders a run for Congress remember that she put together something so bad that even machine legislators couldnβt vote for it
11.02.2026 13:29 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0It did get heard in a committee in the Assembly but the meeting was so contentious and featured the sole Palestinian Assemblyman publicly coming out against the bill. This plus the fact that plenty of members still were opposed led to the bill stalking out last fall.
11.02.2026 13:29 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 1 π 0Even machine people were uncomfortable with what the IHRA bill does. She claimed she wrote the amendments to address those concerns, but they did not do that. The crux of the amendments were a list of examples where IHRA could be applied, and members were left with more questions than answers.
11.02.2026 13:29 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 1 π 0I wanted to circle back to this because if she does indeed run it will be relevant: she volunteered to do this, no one in leadership asked her to write those amendments she chose to. All while IHRA is probably one of the most controversial issues before the Legislature at the moment.
11.02.2026 13:29 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 1 π 02026 and 2027 are incredible opportunities for progressives because eventually the NJ machine is going to realize that Gill's style of campaign, which is how basically all machine campaigns for state/local office are run, does not work with fair ballots in the 21st century. until then, give here:
11.02.2026 00:39 β π 43 π 12 π¬ 2 π 0One machine candidate who I will not name doesnβt canvass, doesnβt do much campaigning themselves, they just spam mailers, digital ads and maybe chips in cash with their municipal or county party to run an event. These people are LAZY and can be beaten, donβt let anyone say otherwise.
11.02.2026 00:45 β π 4 π 1 π¬ 0 π 0I cannot emphasize for outside observers that 99.9% of machine campaigns are either run exactly how Gill did or worse. Every cent given to progressive candidates willing to do the work and go out and win is money well spent. NJ is in a unique moment where one donation could potentially win a race.
11.02.2026 00:45 β π 3 π 1 π¬ 1 π 0They do have a Chancellor but he has no powers and is just kinda there
11.02.2026 00:27 β π 2 π 0 π¬ 1 π 0Japanese politics never lets you down
10.02.2026 23:43 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0Holy Father, excommunicate Ripperger
10.02.2026 23:28 β π 6 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0I want the phrase βlaser focusedβ banned from democratic comms
10.02.2026 21:25 β π 3 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0I also fail to see how he can save the party when heβs from the same lane as Starmer who has proven wrapping yourself in the flag and trying to have no principles isnβt a good strategy long term
10.02.2026 21:06 β π 1 π 0 π¬ 1 π 0None that Iβm aware, moreover itβs unlikely. Theyβre throwing shit at the wall and hoping it sticks, which shows desperation. And that is why Keef is safe short term, because if this is the best anyone opposed can come up with heβs not gonna get rolled
10.02.2026 21:05 β π 1 π 0 π¬ 1 π 0It was def a fever dream moment even with the context you provided
10.02.2026 19:47 β π 1 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0βI just wanna thank my sponsor Logadell, dunno how Iβd have won today without it.β
10.02.2026 19:46 β π 2 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0Chipped in and I encourage anyone else who can to do so!
