Exactly! Buffalo could be good but who knows they are such a tire fire! I just think if Sanderson plays the way he did to end the last half of the year for an entire season he's in the Norris trophy conversation!

According to Dom's model, Sanderson is the 10th-best defenseman in the NHL. 4th in the East behind Dahlin, Werenski, and Fox.

Ottawa doesn’t really have a bad contract on its books with present values.
I will harp on it again, Stutzle and Sanderson’s contracts give Ottawa an amazing pathway to compete for the next half dozen years.
The three contracts that I worry about are Cozens, Chabot and Ullmark.
