I've said it before and I'll say it again. Hillary Cass is to trans healthcare what Andrew Wakefield was to Vaccine studies. Wrong, deranged, dangerous, and her work will kill children.

She should be treated as such, not lauded or given appointments. Her career cannot end soon enough.

Medical transition does not make you trans. Being trans makes you trans. Trans medical care is a right, not an obligation.

this was part of my (very early) decision making to come out - I felt like I had a moral responsibility to younger #trans & non gender conforming people

your points about earlier transition are spot on though - I really wish I'd been able to transition young - not doing is signing you up for a LOT of trauma that needs undoing later in life
