I would say no, but I have not delved into it.

Our local museum of natural history has a centenarian tortoise bought in Florida in 1942. He is a beloved local character, and staff take him out for walks on the lawn. There is a conspiracy theory that the original tortoise died and was replaced several years ago.

A minister had said they should be happy their properties were now worth more, which came off as insensitive.
