It truly is. I have been so thankful that my daughter, who has CP, has had a pediatrician with CP herself. She is always up to date with treatments and care, as well as being an example of how to thrive.

I am teaching my daughters to be loud and to call out abuse. I refuse to silence them. No more polite tolerance.

As a young lawyer, I had an experienced prosecutor slide his hands between my legs while we sat arguing a case. I was told by my boss ( a woman) if I reported him, my reputation would be destroyed. He is now a state judge. It is our culture.

As a constituent I want you to stop funding this rogue government. I don’t want “safer” 🧊. I want 🧊 and DHS dismantled!

I am really frustrated with people posting they won’t vote for this Democrat. Unless you get yourself to the polls and vote in the primaries your view doesn’t matter! I was raised that voting was a civic responsibility. I get why you don’t like someone, so be part of the solution!

I rely on the value of having a civic responsibility to vote in the best interests of the nation. I am angry and disgusted by the Democrats right now as well, BUT, the parties are not equal and more people will suffer if we do not actively vote Republicans out. It is harm mitigation.

I love no longer dressing to please. I live in sweat pants and went all gray. No more wasting time and money on hair and fashion. I love being in my 50’s!

If I were so obscenely rich I could buy a country, I would build a giant castle, turn it into an amazing library dedicated to romance books and poetry and flood the property with rescue cats. I would probably never leave the property. I would be the craziest cat librarian lady on the planet.

It sounds great in theory but training up a new lawyer is costly and time consuming. Add that to there being not enough lawyers of color and you will have the same discrimination.

For those wondering how to help the food insecure in your neighborhoods, your local schools likely have programs to assist and often work with your local food bank.

I too, non Maine voter they I am, have decided the old white lady is the better choice. lol. Who knew we had to be grateful she was drafted. 🤷‍♀️
