@kaine.senate.gov why???? Why would you cave without a deal to fund healthcare? Of all that voted to end the shutdown without protecting Americans from rising premiums, I was most surprised by yours. I thought you cared more about Virginians and more about Americans than this.

Unacceptable. There are 189,000 people in my district who will be paying 50–300% more for the same, and in many cases worse, healthcare.

I won’t do that to the people I represent. I’m a NO on this “deal.”

Cull the Democratic Party. Systematically chip away all the weak, corporate centrists and corrupt, gutless elected officials who refuse to fight and instead suck at the teat of the oligarchy.

Pay attention to what Democratic candidates are saying right now. Find and support the fighters. Having a spine must be a litmus test issue in 2026 and beyond.

Sanders: Let’s be clear… If this vote succeeds, over 20 million Americans are going to see at least a doubling in their premiums… if resolution is passed tonight, we are on a path way to throw 15 million Americans off of medicaid and the affordable care act, 15 million.

Shapiro: He rose to some prominence by writing a book about growing up in Appalachia, where there are a whole lot of people who get SNAP. He made millions of dollars off telling their stories, and then he turned his damn back on those very people he likes to write about and claim as his own.

It's clearer than ever that there's only one candidate for NYC Mayor who will actually stand up to the oligarchs: Zohran Mamdani.

It's pretty fascinating seeing New Yorkers lose their minds (derogatory) about Mamdani.

His vision for NYC is better than Cuomo's.

Also: Cuomo's actions and decisions literally killed New Yorkers. How could anyone trust him to lead this city?
