My first October walk was a good un. A quick pre-work wander, but I found some interesting bits & pieces. As funky as the mushrooms 🍄 look, I was more surprised by chestnuts in Mottram I've never ever seen them anywhere near this area before. Not by miles!

I had a quick family walk today to a spot called 'Marple Roman Lakes' (SPOILER ALERT: not actually Roman 😁) and it turned out to be a fantastic spot for a wander! There are lots of old mill ruins and history in the area. I'll be back for sure with my camera.

I was down in Cornwall for a family holiday recently (8 and a half hours drive 😵‍💫) we were staying in Perranporth, so I managed a couple of beach based videos. This is the first one. Hopefully a very calming 11 minute series of drone/aerial views of the cliffs and rocks at high tide.
