Usually when looking for wild orchids we see more birds than orchids. Today while lookkng for birds, I came across several massive patches of wild Phaius tankervillae in full bloom. Shitty weather but amazing sight.

First field survey of the year with @fsinniger.bsky.social and Angga, leaving mixed feelings with one site appearing to recover from last summer’s massive #coral #bleaching while a neighboring site shows massive mortality. Let’s keep surveying how things evolve.

Crazy cool group of farm animals from all aspects of the spectrum in a short grass field in front of a leafless forest.
There's something needs to be said
And it's important
You don't need to be gay to stick up for your gay friends
You don't need to be trans to stick up for your trans friends
You don't need to be Jewish or muslim or Hindu or black or white
You only need to be good people
To stick up for your friends
