Can we talk about the UK cover of 'The Lamb' by @lucyrosecreates.bsky.social?
I can't stop looking at it. It's beautifully done and endlessly intriguing. Does the woman actually have no face or is it just a trick of the angle?
The book (which I am 2/3s through) is also excellent. #booksky

In case you want some sweet news today.
Iβm volunteering at the book fair at my kidβs school, and discovered Dav Pilkey paid for the whole thing.
For the entire school.
Every kid pre-k through fifth grade (the whole school) goes home with two free books.
That feeling when not a single book you own feels like the right book for reading in this moment
(You either know what I mean or you don't, there's no explaining this any clearer)
If you're reading a book at bedtime that you're very much enjoying & you get to maybe 80% in and you think "I can finish this now" DON'T DO IT. You won't savor the ending as much as you did the rest of the book. And you will be tired the next day. And there will be no more of that book to read.
