I have always had a go bag in case we have to evacuate because of disaster, the animals also have a go bag and along side it is a cat carrier and a crate for the dog. I use the animals go back quite regularly when we travel. Recent events mean everyone should consider this.

YP and gravy always started Sunday lunch then meat, roasties and veg. Only when I got older I realised it was mum's way of filling us up and make a small joint of meat go further. I have YP with every Sunday meal, my favourite.

I have been reading about Bird Flu killing cats in the US. Are there any cases in the UK yet? asking for a friend, she lives indoors but travels with us and goes out on a harness.

When most kids are playing with new electronics my granddaughter wanted to go to the sea and toast marshmallows. Memories she will keep forever.

Facts:
Motability is a charity with huge reserves making enormous profits from leasing cars many adapted to those in receipt of the higher rate of PIP. Disabled people have no choice but to use this monopoly as adaptations are expensive and specialised. It is expensive and restricted.

I have often been asked why I have 2 chairs, 1 manual and 1 electric and I always ask why they have more than one pair of shoes?
Can you imagine walking through the woods in high heels?
2 chairs still restrict me considerably but they do enable me some freedom of movement.

I am in awe of this lady, she has stood with dignity and truth and changed the conversation world wide around rape and abuse.

I am one now bring me better toys human.

My van is 7 years old now and I need to change it but I just can't afford the adaptations and the down payment so it will have to wait a while. My 'free' car is very expensive.

The information a therapist needs to know about their client is basically: The name you wished to be called in therapy, their contact details and preferred contact method. Is there anything they would like me to know before sessions start.

That is awful, so sorry you experienced this. It is an example why harm in therapy needs to be discussed openly and honestly.
