College sports outside the US are at best comparable to D3 in most cases. And in lots of cases more like club/intramural really.

We basically let our kids eat whatever they want if it's available. So if lunch at a birthday party is no pizza and 2 slices of cake who cares. Other parents are stunned by this, but when we get together they're usually all eating the same shit.

I've witnessed 3 and 4 year olds negotiating with parents about eating cake at a birthday party. And I'd be shocked if they were all diabetic.
