What I get from it is that ~35% of respondents get their news from conservative-to-rightwing media, which have been loudly anti Mamdani for months. Neutral-to-leftish media have been pretty silent.

The huge turnout at the (local and national) protests, and the messages they sent, are the top stories today on my local newspaper, local alternative news, AND the local public radio stations

"Trump voters love Trump" was a 1-day story that NYT has covered obsessively for 10 years. "Dems are wrong to focus on Trump" was a 2018 story, disproved by the 2018 election, that they still trot out every time there's a protest against Trump. There's a pattern here!

Some have had a hard time grasping it and some, most likely, were in on it.

When NPR finally acknowledged the video in a brief news highlight today, they just said he was "bombing" the protestors. I guess that's bad enough?
