My fear is that Carney’s budget destroys the final shreds of civil service. My WORST fear is that Liberals doing it will normalize the destruction in the CDN mind, resulting in the voting public thinking it’s a non-issue. It’ll directly hand a win to the Cons but the public won’t see it that way.
