My student argues a clinic case in the 7th Cir today. It’s great to see students have an opp. to see their work come to fruition and argue a case in a circuit court, something many attys never will do. It’s also nerve wracking (at least for me, the supervisor who basically can just watch) 1/2

From my experience (a small-ish sample size), it seems to be issues at OHR or (to a lesser extent) MSP that cause the delays because of the heavy traffic to/from there and the cascade effect.
