Yeah that's my worry. In this kind of conflict there is a big advantage to striking first, so if you conclude it's inevitable you might as well start. So the more stuff like the leaks or Trump's truth social post in response to the leaks happen the more we Iran will be pressured to strike first

Iran can see the news just as well as we can, if we're concluding that the admin has decided to bomb Iran then so can they

Honestly I think the more the fear spills into public the more it increases the chances Iran decides to preempt to do as much damage as possible.

There were some stories of the Ayatollah getting sidelined in leadership just before Iran really started cracking down on protesters. So, if accurate, Iran could act more aggressively now than back in June.

You know, I wonder what the odds are that we get the worst possible outcome where we bomb Iran enough to make them start a regional war but not enough to hurt Iran's actual opening barrage
