There is something strange that ptc and itc are a subsidy to banks and corporations and then off takers are mainly tech companies. Think subsidies should work with pucs and utilities to focus on bringing power prices down for American people.

If power prices fall or don’t increase fewer projects will get built. I was working on project in 2020 in Arizona amazing radiation but prices were so cheap couldn’t get done. In 2023 project was sold for millions thanks to ptc.

SF's inclusionary zoning program works like this too: 10-unit buildings must provide 1 affordable unit or equivalent fee; 1 to 9-unit buildings contribute nothing. It's a disincentive to density! I've always felt the fee should scale linearly.

Thanks. This was stanyan and Waller. Seems we need to have like red lights for turning right on stanyan. Ideally we would have no right on red anywhere in the city. But stanyan cars can't go straight in front of park. Is there pedestrian only window for these lights?
