It's just that monster carrying out these murders is doing them out in the open, proudly and without ambiguity, so it is easy to call him guilty upfront, because he will ideally be found as such.

This thought process is how they get you, because the framing has you convinced they're already guilty of a crime.

You determine people are guilty *via* due process of law. This is something that all alleged criminals should be subjected to, yes, but they are to be presumed innocent.

The attacks on trans rights, which are basic human rights, are a terrible injustice and an attack on truth and fact as well. Everyone should be deeply alarmed and it should be disqualifying for a politician to support such discrimination.

Decided to make my WIP's protag into a #TADCFriend, for fun :D Based wholly on a Cuphead-style commission I got ages back from the wonderful @altermentality.bsky.social!

I feel like the only upside to this is that the future will have an instant rebuttal to the idea that the presidency is something worthy of respect.

But given that US history is full of things that would do the same thing to the whole country and we're still where we are, not that big an upside.

maybe erroneous observation but the 'there is not enough coverage of small indie games' stuff might just be a symptom of people making games having a deep yearning for people actually engaging with their work in a more thoughtful way, beyond any suspected material benefits of 'coverage'

the big thing about over-genrefication is that it eliminates any possibility of surprise. if you can fit an art form into 15-20 pre-existing labels or tags, that work of art will contain almost no experimentation. it will have nothing new in it. you can't fit something new into a tag.

The 'Truth', eh? Has a certain kind of ring to it. Maybe they should start a Ministry for it, seems reich up their alley.
