Pets-megastore.com.au is where I bought the stuff. The US dollar is worth like 1.5 Aussie dingo dollars. Tariffs and shipping added about $50 bucks to the total. Definitely worth waiting a couple weeks for shipping.

If you have dogs and live in an area where heartworms are endemic, it's a matter of when, not if your dog will get them. Heartworm prevention is not cheap, but heartworms will kill your dogs if they go untreated, and the treatment to kill heartworms is way more expensive.

To put this in perspective, Tractor Supply sells the exact same medicine for $116 for a 3-month supply (the smallest amount you can buy). Even with shipping and tariffs, I spent a third of what it would have cost me to buy the same amount of medicine from a local store.

You can buy heartworm prevention medicine online from overseas that costs significantly less than it costs to buy the same medicine from your vet office or pet supply store, even with the recently added tariffs. I bought a 6-month supply for 2 dogs for $167.
