Somewhere in my pre college years, at least one of my textbooks included drawings of the interior layout of slave/coffin ships

The spreadsheet on this clay tablet, which is almost 4,000 years old, is organised into columns for furrowed area, grain produced, land not sown, and the field’s name.

He was allegedly choked to death by a guard during a "struggle" after he refused to enter a housing unit without his medications.

Confession: I wasn't a fan of the original READY OR NOT, which was a wonderfully fun idea executed with very little visual panache. THEY WILL KILL YOU, however, looks colorful and dynamic and playful, and I think it's going to hit my sweet tooth in a way READY OR NOT never did.
