Oh my God!

I just spent like 10 minutes on a foam roller trying to loosen my back glutes and sides but I still hurt. I cancelled PT today bc of obvious reasons but I really needed her to dig her elbow into me

I was in Puerto Rico for the Christmas season in 2006 during my semester abroad and it was very charming. I was in Ponce though. It was a shock coming home in December to NJ. Winters used to be cold.

Anyway, PR is a great choice

This morning while getting him ready for school, I noticed some red spots on my son's foot. I checked his torso for rash, clear, thought it might be irritation from his sandals that he always wears, and didn't think anything else about it. We got to school, and I noticed some spots on his hand. OMG!

The difference is no one wants to see that one 🫣
