They can until they are sick. Then they die with no retirement or survivor benefit costs.

This and cutting cancer research are both eugenics. The poor will suffer most. Health care will be stressed more and become overwhelmed. Eventually the US will be back to 40-45 year life expectancy for the majority. No retirement costs for business or the government to worry about.
