This article is fairly close to my experience as well. In the first decade of my practice I never reached out to any deity purposely because I was so unsure of everything. Intead I left myself open and deities began to reach out to me. It feels more "right" to me to not put the whole idea in a box.

I don't think BlueSky is stagnating but the US political news cycle is certainly overpowering normal conversation. This is happening over on the Fedverse as well right now, so it's not just a BlueSky thing. It just takes extra effort to curate your feed to remove the louder conversations.

This is also good to practice for those times when you're too exhausted to visualize but still need to get stuff done. I definitely had those days.
