Thank you! My husband has suffered from unpredictable sleep for 20 years or more and nothing much has helped, although he has also been harangued about sleep hygiene. He jokes his home planet has a 36-hour day but maybe this would help. It's the unpredictability that he hates at this point.

This time of year I spend most days under one when I'm home and dive under it when I come back. Brrrr!

60 minutes at 350 was nearly too much. The planned 90 minutes surely would be. My oven is apparently more robust than my grandmother's.

Today I am thankful that I checked the jar of applesauce before the store closed. Moldy applesauce is not part of my recipe.
