A good reminder also of the callous, transactional, hypocritical, people who run the IOC and can’t wait to return dirty Russian money into their pockets

I had to look twice!

I did another double take the other day seeing Christopher Chope speaking in Parliament.

People of Christchurch - why, just why?

List of Tory scandals 2011-2024

What utter nonsense, I'm going to have to post this again just in case she tunes in.

A lot of the so called reporting is speculation, a made up media confection. If you are tired of being called out for it, do something different. How about applying this level of attention to Farage and his friends who are apparently named in the Epstein files.

Two days ago you posted that the "majority of Labour MPs" don't like Starmer. I asked you how you knew that. No response from you. Still sticking to that story?

I'm very sorry that you're getting tired, Sam. I'm getting tired of the constant barrage of bad press about Labour and the media baying for blood, while far worse people get a free ride and will eventually get to do a worse job. But I don't suppose you care about that so much.

Labour was always going to get a kicking at the Gorton and Denton by-election: the Scottish and Welsh elections: and the local elections in May.

Why?

Because it was always going to take longer than 18 months to repair the damage inflicted by 14 years of incompetent misrule by the Conservatives.

Two cases in point - what will be the discussion in work today -β€œStaaaammmma just held on” . At midnight last night these two had no evidence of any of this - just what they had managed to scavenge and spin together after 7/8pm. It’s not journalism, it’s wilful and thin sensationalism

Reporting the news is one thing, but I have a huge problem with all the insidious, opinionative commentary from the likes of Mason and Co. Keep it straight.

I think you are being disingenuous. It's been obvious to me that as soon as this Government took office, all branches of the media - not just right-wing trash - were determined to find fault with it. So mistakes have never been forgotten, and successes have rarely been mentioned.

how about some Proper journalism on REAL issues like Russian interference on our politics, links with Gill, Putin, Epstein, Trump?

I think you are wrong - I think the media want an election because Reform is high on the polls and they want him in- just look at how little they impose on Farage and Johnson …. Totally corrupt, after reading the Epstein files I’m not falling for it - they want him out -so I know I want him in .

Indeed this was from October 2025. They need to communicate it better.

Meanwhile Farage opens his mouth and everyone fawns over him

I'm 60 and it seems the media is now in the business of making news rather than reporting it.

Watching the BBC news at 6/10 in Australia, it's nothing like the serious corporation I remember from the 80's - 2000's. Kuenssberg and Chris Mason seem to be particularly partisan and pro tory.

'BBC policy on Brexit is not impartial' Why is the BBC giving so much time to hardline Brexiteers, asks journalist Raymond Snoddy

After the referendum, the BBC chief Lord Hall ordered the BBC to treat Brexit as a done deal, a decision which all but wholly excluded Remainer opinion from the BBC for around 2 years, thus grossly biasing the Brexit debate. It was a grotesque abuse of democracy.

Something magnificent about Kemi Badenoch's self-confidence, and her claim that the Mandelson affair is entirely down to her asking questions at PMQs. Like a toddler who thinks their plastic steering wheel is controlling the car.

Replace Starmer and then the nest leader and the next.

It's not Starmer they are after it is the Labour Party, and they are after Labour in order to install a ReformUK Government and so many are falling into their trap again just as they did with the Referendum.

Farage’s inner circle - all of them had direct contact with Epstein’s confidant, Bannon, or with Epstein himself.
Do media hacks call for Farage to get the fuck out of UK politics?

Lots of people asking how to easily search the Epstein files. The DOJ search is rubbish. Other public searches don't have all the documents.

Here are the instructions (for Linux). Anyone with moderate technical ability can do this within an hour or so.

Obvs Reform and Farage & Co will all decry this as interference in our democracy like when they attacked Obama for saying Brexit was a bad idea.

American front groups are already here. Tufton Street and Sex Matters and other useful idiots. The Trump regime is just getting more open and brazen about it so they can provoke clamp downs and start disrupting and feed disinfo poison straight into our politics. Same shit as the Russians get up to.
