We got addicted to Amazon partly because it was so easy to pay, and addresses were stored there. But NoW there is Apple Pay- which is almost universally accepted ( and new addresses can be stored). So - I have just gone back to shopping at many different places.

So- the oligarch thing. It seems easy to boycott X, not but Tesla’s, it’s a bit harder to wean off Meta. BUT - who has suggestions on how to not AMAZON. The one-stop shop, best prices, convenience and shipping of Prime. What are the best alternatives?

In a world of taking action-it feels easy to remove X, not buy Teslas, or WaPo. It’s harder to boycott Meta- but doable. But it feels super difficult to replace the convenience - one stop- shopping- free shipping of Amazon. Do folks have a sensible alternative?

It’s been a week
And today
For parts of the day
I didn’t feel it in my body

I didn’t look up
And remember where I was
And stop breathing

Learning that it can be
OK

The feeling sits in my body
A memory of panic
