I'm worried about Capitol Hill. We can always meet at the coffee shop in Capitol Hill, or at Coney Island.

That is a valid argument. So maybe as an anchor to a mall that is struggling, like they did in Tulsa? Or maybe to replace a failed shopping center? Or to continue infill like at Chisholm Creek?

Something I don't think Gannett does a good enough job with is promoting how much it provides to digital subscribers. It's far more than subscribing to The Oklahoman (and my work). You get bonus sections daily, and you get access to USA Today and Gannett newspapers from more than 40 states.

Thanks Marty. Gotta pay the bills. The old business model was destroyed by Google, Facebook, and the folks who owned newspapers in the late 1990s who let the tech bros steal their future revenue without a fight. "Healthily" - I like that. Need to catch up again soon!

A Tweet from Oklahoma GOP gubernatorial candidate Mike Mazzei purporting to show his fundraising prowess. The Tweet reads: "First fundraising quarter: Over $500,000." It does not mention that $250,000 of that total comes from a personal loan to his campaign.

LOL. Yep. I can see a huge crowd of folks going to Film Row to enjoy the shops, restaurants, bars and entertainment seeing this and thinking, "Hey, wait, instead of having fun a time on Film Row, let's go there to buy a used car." I truly don't understand the logic on this one.

Finally, a chance to do something really cool with the old Irwin property along Film Row! Imagine the possibilities. It even has its own parking. Oh yea. A used car lot?
