AOC on DHS Warehouses: I think every American should be alarmed. They are building—and have built—a black box system that disappears people, both immigrants and U.S. citizens alike.

Dear Ms. Wolfe,
Petitioner-Appellee Rümeysa Öztürk submits this Rule 28(j) letter to advise the Court that on January 29, 2026, the immigration court held that the Department of Homeland Security had not met its burden of proving removability, and the immigration court thereby terminated removal proceedings against Ms. Öztürk.' This development underscores the dangers of the government's interpretation of the Immigration and Nationality Act. Under the government's view, it could punitively detain any noncitizen in retaliation for her speech for many months, so long as it simultaneously institutes removal proceedings—no matter how unmeritorious—all without any federal court review of the lawfulness of detention at any time.
To be clear, the termination of Ms. Öztürk's removal proceedings does not moot her habeas case. (By contrast, as Ms. Öztürk has argued, this appeal is moot.
Br. 18-20.) Without habeas jurisdiction and the bail order that is currently in place, any government appeal to the Board of Immigration Appeals would again subject Ms. Öztürk to re-detention. See 8 C.F.R. § 1003.6(a). For that reason, she continues to suffer the threat of continuing "now-or-never" First and Fifth Amendment harms.
Br. in Opp. 55-57.

NEW: Tulsi Gabbard is Covering Up a Call About someone Close to the White House This is an impeachable offense. I sat down with the whistleblower's attorney for an in-depth, 45-minute interview. You don't want to miss it.

NEW: Easily one of the most important interviews I've done. This is bigger than the intel that led to Trump's first impeachment, and Tulsi Gabbard, Susie Wiles, & seemingly Trump himself are feverishly trying to cover it up. You can watch the interview here: www.muellershewrote.com/p/new-tulsi-...

Yoav Weiss explaining with a diagram that shows how a compression dictionary would allow you to load only the necessary CSS for a web page on the initial visit for a website, then when loading a second page from the website, it will already take into account prior loaded, shared CSS and will then only load the remainder of the CSS that is needed for that second page.

The largest federal prison in the nation is Fort Dix, which has a rated capacity of 4,600 people. The largest of these warehouse camps may hold more than twice that number of people.

The federal government hasn't operated a prison camp inside the United States that large since Japanese Internment.

Amongst other things, this again highlights the core point about due process. It’s bad enough to be in a “show me your papers” situation, but your precious citizen/non-citizen, “legal”/“illegal” distinctions are meaningless when you can’t prove anything to authorities because they don’t give a shit.

‘We stole the Super Bowl audience’: how In Living Color pulled off the greatest heist in US TV history Turning Point USA is plotting its own half-time broadcast in defiance of Bad Bunny – but one of TV’s Blackest shows already perfected the alt-cast in 1992

time to remind everybody that the Super Bowl halftime show only exists in this grandiose fashion because a tv show called "In Living Color" stole the ratings from the NFL; the execs notoriously said, "get me Michael Jackson's agent" and thus began all the pomp

To be very clear, that lady in the NYT article is not making any money with her hundreds of AI slop books.

She makes money by *convincing people* she makes money that way and getting them to pay her to teach them how to do it.

It's an evolved MLM, and the NYT is helping market it.
