Sorry to barge in. Sominex are pretty cool. Buy them at Boots. I use the blue ones. The green ones (I’ve never tried) are herbal. A woman I worked with used them. You can do half at a time. Good luck whatever you do.

‘That was the times’. Yeah, they were wrong. Like sexism, racism, ableism and all the other horrors. Just because others did it doesn’t make it ok. Fuck those people.

Like the feeble minded youth I was, I bowed to peer pressure and uttered abhorrent things. I have felt shame about that ever since and made a great effort to raise my kids to be different.
