This week’s Starfleet Academy offers a beautiful story of a warrior’s ongoing journey to self-actualization, and one of Star Trek’s best Klingon episodes in decades. What we’re getting with Jay-Den Kraag’s character development is already on a par with Ma’ah’s superb arc on Lower Decks.

My first impressions of STARFLEET ACADEMY are very positive. The premise bubbles with optimistic momentum, and the performances are predictably superb. Holly Hunter and Gina Yashere are already set to be one of Star Trek's all-time great Captain/First Officer duos.

Castle in the Sky is the latest Ghibli film to get a theatrical re-release in South Korea (following Nausicaa and Princess Mononoke last year). Absolutely cannot wait to finally see this masterpiece on a big screen.

Gil Gerard as Buck Rogers

When I was ten years old I was absolutely obsessed with the Buck Rogers TV series, so I’m incredibly moved by Gil Gerard’s last words: “My life has been an amazing journey. Don’t waste your time on anything that doesn’t thrill you or bring you love. See you out somewhere in the cosmos.”

For me, it’s The Princess Bride that will always be his untouchable masterpiece. This is such genuinely horrifying news, it’s just awful.

Congratulations!! As a lifelong deokhu myself, I absolutely cannot wait to read this!

I love this! Really want to support the publication in every way, but have to chime in on the international shipping costs, they're too prohibitive. £14.00 for the issue is absolutely worth it - but an additional £24.00 for shipping is wild. I hope you'll work out a better system in the long term.

What movie do you consider perfect?

The book is *superb* and Molly Wryn emerges as the star of the entire oral history, I think. She obviously put her entire heart into the production, and you capture her endearing anecdotes with such warmth. I'm so glad she's getting more recognition now, and your efforts are a huge part of that.
