Fiio your FT1 headphones do sound amazing. But the cable being a foot long (okay I exaggerate) is really poor for the price.

I've used the excuse of all the road digging last week as an excuse to buy some lovely new closed-back headphones for working from home. Though getting a pair of Fio FT1 for "work" is a bit overkill. This Myrkur album is sounding spectacular right now though.

If Angela isn't fibbing in today's stories, I'm not surprised she hasn't retaken the role of Arch Enemy vocalist. Alissa has added a lot of cleaner vocals to recent albums and I think the band needs someone who can carry these off.

Listening to an audible book where it suddenly shifted into first person. Feels like the author has smashed two previously written books into one. The mishmash between the first person and third person stuff is maddening. I don't think I'll finish it.

How about instead of banning social media for any age group we just help people to be more skilled and knowledgeable parents.

A glorious guitar tone can be inspirational. I experienced that today with some modest gear. An inexpensive Valeton GP50 running its Diezel VH4 sim into the effects return of my Laney Dual Top amp. It sounded absolutely glorious. So much fun. I must have run through so many cheesy 80s riffs.

I've realised that owning more than one good quality camera messes up my photography. I can't decided which to use. And then worry about Fomo choosing the other. I need to sell one of my cameras. Otherwise I'm not actually going to do any photography, because I'm paralysed by indecision.

When I bought my Fujifilm X-E5 camera I kept the X-T50 instead of selling it, merely because I think the charcoal silver looks is gorgeous. But I'm beginning to think I much prefer the X-T50 as a camera anyway, despite wanting the X-E5 to be my favourite. I annoy even myself.

A score of 178 in the RAADS-R test makes me a totally normal person, right? 😆🙃♾️
