We need as many people as possible to call in to the location and tell the Hilton management that hosting an event of this kind is directly aiding in the kidnapping of members of our community by violent fascist thugs. and advise them that if they don't cancel the event, it will show the community that they are not a safe place to stay and that they should consider how that reputation might effect their business! Keep calling and keep talking their ears off about why following through with the event is a very bad idea. Script to use: "Hello, I am a resident of this area and have learned that your hotel is hosting an Immigration and Customs Enforcement recruiting event on January 13th and 14th. We strongly encourage you to reconsider hosting this event as well as your hotel’s ties to this agency. ICE is a known dangerous entity that terrorizes our community and this event will only serve to cause further fear and harm. We urge you to seriously consider what consequences that this will have on your business. We will not support companies that encourage violence against our community members. We consider hosting an event such as this to be an endorsement of these violent actions against our communities by ICE. As boycotts against companies with ties to these agencies continue to grow, we ask that you join us in standing against ICE and their abuse of our communities by withdrawing your support and canceling this event."
