I ended today looking like I'd been without sleep for 72 hours. The reality of week 3.

If I’m being honest, I’m feeling pretty crap about my small business.

It’s so bloody difficult at the moment with rising costs, US tariffs, Brexit nonsense and the threat of AI.

Surely if you're not actually implementing an accessibility plan, and reviewing it often enough for it to remain effective, you can't possibly be following the equality act. It must be a requirement. It's the law. Unless I'm missing something?

The mind boggles. I'll remember this next time I catch myself proof reading an inconsequential email for the 7th time before sending it.

I've been pondering this and I genuinely can't think what they meant to write. It reads like a bizarre note that was left in during the editing process.

I absolutely agree with this. There's no need to have news in real time, all the time! The sections where they send a poor reporter out to trawl the streets for opinions are usually particularly rage-inducing.

3) So maybe the question is: how do we balance structure with trust?

Enough scaffolding that no one drowns, but enough freedom to feel like a teacher, not an actor reading a script.

That, to me, is the heart of supporting ECTs.

We visited the Eden Project today and the rainforest biome was mind-blowing. So glad we took the detour into Cornwall for it!
