We visited the Eden Project today and the rainforest biome was mind-blowing. So glad we took the detour into Cornwall for it!

This is such an important point. Leading is complex, and it's difficult to stand firm with slow or incremental improvements when everyone is waving shiny ideas in your face which promise to fix things overnight.
