Consumers constantly buy things daily because it creates a dopamine rush. It’s an addiction. And consuming lots of social media is also helping this system.
I think one of the biggest resistance everyone can begin with is reducing their consumerism. They turned us into consumers to prop up this system. They wanted Consumers instead of producers, growers,creators, innovators, artists and thinkers. And commerce is different than consuming.
