Challenge accepted. I have been meaning to brush off my video editing skills for my oldest son this summer. I have tried to take pictures/videos of the process in Eppendorf tubes, but almost impossible to get a clear image of what I am doing. I suppose adding a simple cartoon would bring clarity.

Noting special on my end (it's just MagNet protocol), just a steady hand and low volumes for biofluids 10ul and under. I will jump on the robotic train as soon as someone cuts me the check :)

If appropriate, where should I highlight in the manuscript that all the EV isolations and proteomics were done by hand and not robotics? In this day and age, it is almost a flex with how good my CVs are. 😂😂
