The hospital itself is out of network for my specific insurance for lengthy stupid reasons. They suggested a single sign on agreement request from them to my insurance. First, they suggested I pay out of pocket for the surgery and ask for a reimbursement from my insurance.

The hold up is weird. We got more info.

They cover the surgeon in his actual office, but not in any surgical hospitals in the area. They suggested a series of referrals.

Yes, the heart cath was on the 6th. My cardiologist called while I was in recovery to discuss surgery. I had the echo and nuclear stress tests in December. Same insurance.

Bundle up and stay warm. If you see any ice, I'm told glaring at it and calling it a fascist makes it melt or shoot you. Be careful out there.
