I’m not at all in love with pipeline companies right now because of the B.C. Assessment Tax discussion.

There’s no way I would support an oil pipeline to the northwest coast.

My fear is the “big compromise” will be the “proponent” becoming the federal government via a TransMountain 3rd line.

I'll always remember my first BC NDP Convention, meeting New Democrats from across the province alongside my friend John.

To those attending your first convention this weekend, soak it all in.

You're a part of something special.

Cowichan Tribes decision: What does it really mean? - APTN News

In a landmark decision in Canadian law, the Cowichan Tribes in B.C. have obtained Aboriginal title over a portion of land on the Fraser River.

To explain what led to the decision, we need to go back in history to 1853.

Earlier this week, we told you about Tia Wood, a young Cree woman from Alberta who is breaking down doors in the music business in a big way.

We lost family members at that school.

At a school where if you made it through, you weren't called a Graduate, you were called a Survivor. Let that sink in.

Sending my love to everyone who needs it today. Please reach out for support if you are in need.

Wounded Knee is a dark stain upon our nation’s history. We must remember it for what it truly was, not for what white nationalists would have it be.

Canada’s Conservatives can’t quit their grocery price politicking Climate change is obviously driving up the cost of food. Why can’t Canada’s Conservatives admit it?

Climate change is a far bigger contributor to food price inflation than federal climate policies in Canada. At some point, even the most blinkered Conservative partisan is going to have to face up to this politically inconvenient truth, @maxfawcett.bsky.social writes.
