A video game policy! Like the mandatory Bethesda.net one you need to sign before you're allowed to play their singleplayer campaigns offline. What are they making us agree to? (might be making a video in this vein already LOL)

It's not so bad since I get my money back, but what are they doing? Why is the item going out for delivery, then suddenly delayed by two days, then cancelled? It's happened three times to me this year, twice in one month. I'm honestly probably done trusting them for urgent items. Good riddance.

Like, I wish I had more to say here? There wasn't an explanation, no drama. One moment it's "Out for Delivery" the next it's "Your order has been cancelled and a refund is on its way." TWICE now.

No "we're sorry, we'll send a new one!" Nothing! Just... giving up entirely on the service.
